DART Aerospace received a new EASA STC certification for the external cargo Heli-Utility-Basket specifically tailored for the Bell 505 aircraft.<\/p>\n

The Bell 505 Heli-Utility-Basket, now certified under an EASA STC, is the latest addition to DART\u2019s line of utility baskets. It complements DART\u2019s existing Heli-Utility-Baskets for platforms such as the H125, Bell 407, R66, and AW119, as well as other helicopter models manufactured by Airbus, Bell, Leonardo and Robinson.<\/p>\n

DART explains the Bell 505 Heli-Utility-Basket is designed for quick and easy installation and provides a safe, external solution for carrying skis, cargo hooks, tools, equipment, and a range of mission items. The basket is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and finished with a high-gloss, scratch-resistant white coating for long-term durability.<\/p>\n

The product uses on a self-locking handle designed to ensure secure lid closure to keep cargo safely contained during flight, while a gas spring assists with smooth and controlled lid opening and closing.<\/p>\n
