Rivian Automotive, Inc<\/strong>. (NASDAQ:<\/a>RIVN<\/a>) stock fell Thursday following the company\u2019s fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, released on Feb. 12, as analyst reactions weighed on the stock.<\/p>\n

For the fourth quarter, Rivian reported<\/a> revenue of $1.29 billion, down from $1.73 billion a year earlier. Gross profit came in at $120 million, down from $170 million in the prior-year quarter. For the full year 2025, revenue rose 8% to $5.39 billion.<\/p>\n

Notably, Rivian posted a full-year gross profit of $144 million, a significant improvement from a $1.2 billion gross loss in 2024, helped by stronger software performance and cost reductions.<\/p>\n

DA Davidson<\/strong> downgraded Rivian to Underperform and cut its forecast to $14. The stock currently has a Hold consensus rating, with an average forecast price of $17.73.<\/p>\n
