Bharat Forge<\/a> and VVDN Technologies<\/a> have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore strategic collaboration across automotive, defence, AI and data centre domains.<\/p>\n

The MoU records their intent to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies.Under the MoU, both parties plan to develop products for automotive, defence and AI server platforms, combining their respective strengths in engineering, manufacturing and electronics design.<\/p>\n

The companies said the partnership aligns with shifts in AI, autonomous systems and compute infrastructure. The collaboration aims to integrate VVDN\u2019s capabilities in electronics design, software, system integration and manufacturing with Bharat Forge\u2019s expertise in precision and advanced manufacturing. The companies stated they will explore scalable solutions that reflect evolving industry and technology requirements.<\/p>\n
