across connectivity, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, software and AI.<\/p>\n<p id=\"16f6c5d2-c5b0-434a-9b68-df7716f5ab83-2\">The launch comes amid growing <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/pro\/data-sovereignty-is-becoming-a-bigger-challenge-than-ever-so-what-steps-can-businesses-take\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/pro\/data-sovereignty-is-becoming-a-bigger-challenge-than-ever-so-what-steps-can-businesses-take\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/pro\/data-sovereignty-is-becoming-a-bigger-challenge-than-ever-so-what-steps-can-businesses-take\">data sovereignty concerns<\/a> from Europe and Asia, who are largely looking to reduce their dependence on US Big Tech.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"trusted-tech-alliance-3\">Trusted Tech Alliance<\/h2>\n<p id=\"465588b3-e7c6-4a91-806e-e1ca852527cb\">&#8220;In the current geopolitical environment, it is critical that like-minded companies work together to protect security and advance high global standards to preserve trust in technology across borders,&#8221; Microsoft President Brad Smith wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Anthropic, AWS, Cassava Technologies, Cohere, Ericsson, <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/tag\/google\" data-auto-tag-linker=\"true\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/tag\/google\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.techradar.com\/tag\/google\">Google<\/a> Cloud, Hanwha, Jio Platforms, Microsoft, Nokia, Nscale, NTT, Rapidus, Saab and SAP are the 15 companies that make up the Trusted Tech Alliance launch.<\/p>\n<p>The <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.trustedtechalliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Press-release-Trusted-Tech-Alliance.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.trustedtechalliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Press-release-Trusted-Tech-Alliance.pdf\" data-hl-processed=\"none\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\">announcement<\/a> details the five core principles participants must adhere to: transparent corporate governance and ethical conduct;
