A New Jersey jury Friday convicted tech boss Paul Caneiro of slaughtering his business partner brother <\/a>and the brother\u2019s family in their posh Colts Neck mansion, which he then burned down.<\/p>\n

Caneiro appeared stoic as the jury read out their verdict, finding him guilty of murder, arson, weapons possession charges and related crimes after a month-long trial featuring nearly 50 witnesses<\/a> in Monmouth County. <\/p>\n

The panelists reached the verdict after roughly five hours of deliberations that began Friday morning.<\/p>\n

He faces <\/strong>a maximum of life in prison at his May 12 sentencing.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe jury agreed, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Paul Caneiro was guilty of all charges,\u201d Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said outside court after. \u201cI know the impact that this has had, not only on the family, friends and the community at large in Monmouth County, but Keith, Jennifer, Jesse and Sophia have waited for over seven years for accountability to come forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
