Moller-Maersk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> The <strong>5,900 TEU<\/strong> ship was handed over in <strong>China<\/strong> on <strong>February 3<\/strong>, Tsuneishi said in a press release on <strong>Thursday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> The company added that the delivery strengthens its track record in alternative-fuelled tonnage.<\/p>\n<p> Last month, the shipbuilder <a href=\"https:\/\/shipandbunker.com\/news\/apac\/898158-cargills-new-dual-fuel-vessel-to-bunker-green-methanol-in-singapore\">delivered <\/a>what it described as the world\u2019s first dual-fuel methanol Kamsarmax bulker. The vessel, owned by <strong>Mitsui &amp; Co<\/strong>, is on charter to commodities trader <strong>Cargill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> Maersk continues to expand its methanol-fuelled fleet and earlier this month took delivery of its <a href=\"https:\/\/shipandbunker.com\/news\/world\/325350-maersks-new-methanol-fuelled-boxship-to-serve-east-asia-us-gulf-route\"><strong>20th <\/strong>dual-fuel methanol container ship<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, the shipping company<a href=\"https:\/\/shipandbunker.com\/news\/world\/661958-maersk-orders-eight-dual-fuel-lng-large-boxships-from-china\"> last week ordered <\/a><strong>20 <\/strong>LNG-fuelled container vessels, signalling a strategy to diversify its future fuel mix.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blockads.fivefilters.org\"> <\/a><\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/blockads.fivefilters.org\/acceptable.html\"> <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230; .
