Einride has joined the European Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Alliance (ECAVA), a European Commission-facilitated initiative advising EU institutions on the implementation of autonomous mobility regulations. The Swedish autonomous freight technology company said it is the only autonomous freight operator selected to participate in the forum.<\/p>\n
ECAVA brings together stakeholders from across the European automotive and technology sectors to support the transition from pilot programmes to scaled deployment of autonomous and connected vehicle systems. Einride said its involvement reflects operational experience across multiple EU jurisdictions, with permits for autonomous driving secured in four countries.<\/p>\n

The company operates a freight-capacity-as-a-service model using electric and autonomous trucks, with more than 25 enterprise customers across seven countries. Einride said it has approximately US$65m in expected annual recurring revenue from signed contracts and maintains a zero traffic incident safety record.<\/p>\n
Einride recently announced plans to pursue a public listing on the New York Stock Exchange through a proposed merger with special purpose acquisition company Legato Merger Corp. III.<\/p>\n
