LAS VEGAS (KTNV) \u2014 A new precision-health and longevity center is opening in Las Vegas, promising to combine medical care, artificial intelligence\u2013powered fitness and advanced recovery technology in a single, doctor-led setting.<\/p>\n

My HealthMatrix, located at 8880 W. Sunset Road, Suite 140, officially opens Monday, offering what founder Dr. Tim Patel describes as a fully integrated approach to health optimization.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a long labor,\u201d Patel said of the project\u2019s development.<\/p>\n

Patel said every member begins with medical testing before touching the technology.<\/p>\n

\u201cMedicine is the driver of everything we do\u2026 fitness and wellness services connect, but medicine drives the bus,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The physician said his philosophy is less about chasing extreme longevity and more about improving daily life.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy personal belief is I\u2019d rather drop dead skiing at 90, which would be a good thing if I\u2019m skiing at 90 \u2014 than get a sponge bath at 105,\u201d Patel said.<\/p>\n

Once baseline testing \u2014 including biological-age measurements \u2014 is complete, workouts shift to smart machines that adapt in real time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis equipment actually has adaptive resistance\u2026 it takes real input, real time\u2026 if you need an assist, it even has a spotter function,\u201d Patel said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe workout is 22 minutes twice a week.\u201d<\/p>\n

Recovery is a major focus, too. During a tour, Patel demonstrated a dry cold-plunge system that allows users to float between chilled membranes.<\/p>\n

\u201cMental clarity and energy\u2026 it\u2019s a nervous system reset,\u201d he said, adding that the unit typically runs at 42 degrees.<\/p>\n

Beyond cold therapy, the facility includes red-light treatment rooms, compression systems, vibration-based nervous-system reset chairs and an altitude-training chamber \u2014 which Patel called \u201cone of only eight in the country,\u201d capable of simulating elevations up to 32,000 feet.<\/p>\n

Machines aside, Patel emphasized the human element.<\/p>\n

\u201cCommunity is a biomarker of health\u2026 the more connected we are, the healthier we are,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He added that My HealthMatrix plans to invest in future generations, dedicating 10% of his stake to a children\u2019s health-education nonprofit.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe change the health of a child, you change the whole generation,\u201d Patel said.<\/p>\n

Patel hopes the center will help reshape how wellness is viewed in Southern Nevada.<\/p>\n

\u201cHealth happens in Vegas,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The facility opens to the public Monday, positioning itself as one of the region\u2019s most technology-driven and medically guided wellness destinations.<\/p>\n
