Fiji Airports’ Chief Executive, Mesake Nawari says this move represents an important step in supporting the organisation\u2019s long-term growth, ensuring the company remains resilient, efficient, and future-ready in a rapidly evolving aviation environment.<\/p>\n

Nawari adds that this is also in line with their 10-year strategic plan; the digitalisation and transition of their systems, which is expected to bring significant financial and efficiency benefits to service delivery at Fiji Airports.<\/p>\n

He adds that they also want to use technology, including AI, to delve deeper into the data they have, enabling their executive team to address challenges faster and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n

Nawari says the digital transformation programme is focused on moving Fiji Airports towards a modern digital workplace where information is captured once, managed securely, and made available through trusted systems that support decision-making at all levels of the organisation.<\/p>\n

He adds that it aims at strengthening their data analytics processes and providing a high-performance digital platform that seeks to take their business performance to the next level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chief Executive Officer at CG TECH, Carlos Garcia says the programme is designed to provide clarity and confidence through complex change.<\/p>\n

Garcia explains that their role is to help leadership teams make well-informed decisions, reduce risk, and move forward with confidence as technology and ways of working evolve, stressing the value of partnerships like this, where there is a clear focus on communication, capability, and supporting people through transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

She adds<\/span> that large-scale transformation requires clear governance, strong decision-making, and a practical delivery model.<\/p>\n
