Samvardhana Motherson<\/a> International Ltd on Wednesday said it has signed a joint venture<\/a> agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics<\/a> to provide supply chain solutions<\/a> for the automotive industry.<\/p>\n

The joint venture<\/a> company will be incorporated in Dubai and will offer integrated third-party and fourth-party logistics services globally, excluding Japan.<\/p>\n

\u201cMotherson\u2019s Logistics Division focuses on building specialised platforms that support the evolving supply chain needs of the Group, our customers, suppliers and the broader ecosystem, as part of Motherson\u2019s D.E.M.A.L solutions strategy,\u201d said Arjun Kochhar, Chief Executive Officer, Logistics Solutions Business Division, Motherson Group.<\/p>\n

The partnership will combine Hellmann\u2019s logistics network<\/a> and technology capabilities with Motherson\u2019s automotive supply chain operations. It will provide access to over 30,000 global suppliers and OEM relationships.<\/p>\n
