Crane Worldwide Logistics has partnered with cargo.one to roll out the AI-driven platform across its global operations, aiming to modernise procurement, automate quoting and booking workflows, and reduce operational complexity and costs. <\/p>\n

The deployment establishes cargo.one as the central data and automation foundation for Crane, consolidating buy and sell rates into a single platform to support its global gateway operations. The purpose-built quoting interface integrates with Crane\u2019s WiseTech-powered transport management system, allowing teams to use specialised tools without disrupting existing processes. <\/p>\n

Crane is adopting a suite of cargo.one solutions, including cargo.one pro, Live Rates, Static Rates, Live Estimates, Rate Engine, Quotes API, AI-powered Quoting, and Tender Feeder. These tools provide a unified source of data across the organisation and support more informed, data-driven decision-making. <\/p>\n

The platform enables Crane\u2019s teams to access a wider range of market rates while making better use of its own contract and consolidation rates. Gateway teams can instantly view relevant rates, improving accuracy and consistency in sell rates without the need to expand quoting teams. <\/p>\n

cargo.one\u2019s Rate Engine centralises the management of buy rates, internal product rates, and sell rates within a single interface, replacing multiple data sources. Through the Quotes API, Crane can deliver faster and more accurate quotes and RFIs, ensuring a smoother quoting experience for shippers. <\/p>\n

Brannon Kuykendall, CIO of Crane Worldwide Logistics, said strong partnerships enable better outcomes, adding that cargo.one provides access to a broad range of airline rates in one platform and supports the company\u2019s move towards AI-driven capabilities through real-time data integration. <\/p>\n
