The donation reflects the company\u2019s commitment to giving back to the community, especially as one of Stourbridge Automotive\u2019s own apprentices is currently enrolled in the college\u2019s automotive programme.<\/p>\n

Kay Fellows of Stourbridge Automotive said: \u201cWe are so pleased to be able to give back. This BMW is one of several cars we\u2019ve used to deliver that extra bit of quality service to our customers, and we\u2019re proud to see it now helping young people build their future careers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jack Draper, Employer Engagement Officer at Kidderminster College added: \u201cIt\u2019s fantastic to see local businesses investing back into education. With a national skills gap and a growing pipeline challenge in the automotive sector, partnerships like these are much needed and hugely valued.\u201d<\/p>\n

The vehicle will be used by students for diagnostic, maintenance training, and practical assessments – strengthening the college\u2019s ability to prepare learners for careers in a rapidly evolving industry.<\/p>\n

With the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) estimating there to be a skills gap of over 3000 jobs being advertised, so partnerships like this one are a must if we are to support a thriving automotive industry into the future.<\/p>\n
