Shivakumar and M.B. Patil,<\/strong> Airbus unveiled the 880,000-square-foot campus, which will house up to 5,000 employees. The centre will play a pivotal role in various areas of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.siliconindia.com\/news\/general\/indigo-flight-makes-mid-air-uturn-highlighting-west-asia-airspace-turmoil-nid-239722-cid-1.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>aircraft development<\/strong><\/a>, maintenance, and digital services. It will also support Airbus\u2019 sourcing activities in India, which have grown from $500 million in 2019 to over $1.5 billion today, with plans to exceed $2 billion in the coming years.<\/div>\n<p> The Bengaluru tech hub will also offer a dedicated customer services unit to provide<strong> technical support and services <\/strong>to Airbus customers globally.
