The board of directors of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber<\/strong> on Friday met with Shipping Deputy Minister Marina Hadjimanolis during a working lunch, in order to discuss the strategic direction of the country\u2019s maritime sector.<\/p>\n

According to an announcement by the chamber, the meeting provided a platform for the maritime industry leadership<\/strong> to engage in high-level dialogue regarding the most pressing issues currently facing the Cyprus shipping industry.<\/p>\n

During the working lunch, participants reviewed various proposals and suggestions<\/strong> aimed at the further development of the sector.<\/p>\n

A primary focus of the discussion involved identifying specific ways to enhance the competitiveness<\/strong> of Cyprus shipping on a global scale.<\/p>\n

In its statement, the chamber expressed its gratitude to the deputy minister \u201cfor the constructive discussion<\/strong>\u201d that took place throughout the afternoon.<\/p>\n
