DND News:<\/strong> Four military cargo containers, reportedly loaded with Israel-made drones and high-technology military hardware, landed at Bagram Air Base the day before yesterday. The containers were received by military and intelligence officials of the Afghan Taliban regime.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to sources, this was the fourth landing of cargo containers from India to Afghanistan in less than 20 days, all reportedly filled with military hardware. The source believes that Israel-made drone quadcopters and other high-tech military equipment were contained in these shipments. Sources also claim that an Israeli \u201ctechnical team\u201d is already present in Kabul.<\/p>\n

According to a report published on November 6, 2025, significant information surfaced in intelligence circles confirming that Israeli intelligence officials were present at a meeting between Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi and Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. The meeting took place in New Delhi on October 10, 2025.<\/p>\n

Further information suggests that this meeting was neither the first of its kind nor extraordinary, as several joint meetings between Afghan Taliban officials and Israeli intelligence representatives have reportedly taken place in Gulf countries. However, this was the first such meeting to occur in New Delhi.<\/p>\n

The Afghan\u2013India\u2013Israel nexus was also highlighted by Iran, which deported thousands of Afghans who, according to Iranian intelligence, were working for Israel. Pakistani media largely avoided covering this sensitive development; however, DND News Agency reported the issue.<\/p>\n

In November 2025, sources claimed that Anand Prakash, Joint Secretary of the Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iran (PAI) Division at India\u2019s Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), also arranged a meeting between Israeli intelligence officials and Afghanistan\u2019s Acting Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, in Kabul. There is also unconfirmed information suggesting that the Taliban-appointed Acting Consul General in Mumbai, Dr. Ikramuddin Kamil, held several meetings with Israeli officials in New Delhi as well as in a Gulf countries. The strategic partnership among India, Israel, and Afghanistan is no longer considered secret information.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Indo-Afghan-Israel nexus is no longer hidden\u2014it is now an open wound in the geopolitics of South Asia\u201d, <\/em>said a retired diplomat who served in India a decade ago\u201d,<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention that Israeli organizations such as IsraAID and the Shea Foundation have been operating inside Afghanistan since 2021. These NGOs are active in Khost, Kunar, and Paktika\u2014provinces adjacent to Pakistan and considered launchpads for the TTP. According to sources, the financial arteries of the Afghan establishment have been infused with Israeli funding. Sylvan Adams, the so-called \u201cAmbassador of Israel to the World,\u201d a billionaire philanthropist and prominent figure associated with the Jewish Congress, is described as a quiet yet influential benefactor. His contributions to Afghan development initiatives were officially recorded as humanitarian, though sources claim their intent was strategic.<\/p>\n

In January 2022, Israel\u2019s Foreign Ministry officially transferred $500,000 through UNHCR for Afghan refugees. Unofficially, sources view this as the first sign of open Israeli involvement in the Afghan theater. Subsequently, Afghan spokesperson Sohail Shaheen appeared on Israeli state television channel KAN TV<\/strong>, suggesting the possibility of \u201cnormalization of ties\u201d with Israel.<\/p>\n
