Jettainer has extended its long-term unit load device (ULD) management partnership with CMA CGM Air Cargo, reinforcing its role in supporting the airline\u2019s growth and fleet expansion plans. The agreement, first concluded in 2022, has been renewed ahead of schedule to meet additional operational requirements linked to the carrier\u2019s planned capacity increase. <\/p>\n

Under the extended agreement, Jettainer will continue to provide end-to-end ULD management, including maintenance and repair services, ensuring continuous availability of equipment across the airline\u2019s network. The company will supply a tailored ULD fleet aligned with CMA CGM Air Cargo\u2019s evolving operational needs.<\/p>\n

Jettainer deploys steering technology to optimise ULD movements, track assets across the network, and provide real-time visibility through its JettwareNG digital platform. The system enables continuous monitoring and data transparency on the location and status of equipment throughout operations. <\/p>\n

Launched in March 2021, CMA CGM Air Cargo forms part of the CMA CGM Group\u2019s strategy to offer integrated maritime, land, air and logistics services. The multimodal model is designed to support door-to-door logistics and last-mile delivery solutions for global customers.<\/p>\n

The airline currently operates a fleet of eight freighters, comprising five Boeing 777F aircraft, one Airbus A330F and two Boeing 747F aircraft. Operations are supported by hubs in France, the United States and Belgium, connecting major global cargo corridors. Fleet expansion is scheduled from 2027 with the planned induction of eight Airbus A350F aircraft. <\/p>\n

The company also offers leasing services, temperature-controlled solutions and cold chain management, positioning digitalisation and process efficiency at the centre of its service development.<\/p>\n
