SkyUp Airlines has transitioned its cargo operations to a total cargo management (TCM) model under TCE, part of the Aerion group. The agreement, which took effect on January 5, 2026, aims to modernise the airline\u2019s logistics capabilities through a flexible, integrated platform designed for maximum commercial agility. <\/p>\n

Under the new framework, TCE has appointed ECS Group and Global GSA Group as subcontracted sales partners. This collaboration is designed to leverage global synergies and localised market expertise to optimise SkyUp\u2019s network performance. <\/p>\n

According to the press release, central to this partnership is Chi\u0219in\u0103u (RMO), Moldova, which will serve as the primary hub for SkyUp\u2019s cargo activities throughout Europe and adjacent regions. <\/p>\n

Unlike traditional models that rely on fixed capacity, this TCM approach prioritises dynamic demand capture, allowing the airline to pivot its resources based on real-time market shifts and evolving network strategies. <\/p>\n

The partnership enhances SkyUp’s capabilities, allowing it to service a diverse and specialised cargo portfolio through its multimodal reach. This product portfolio is segmented into three main categories such as high-yield cargo, which includes specialised items like dangerous doods (DGR) and live animals (AVI); time-critical shipments such as perishables (PER), mail, and e-commerce goods; and standard cargo, covering general cargo. <\/p>\n

Beyond standard air freight, the TCM framework developed by TCE incorporates multimodal logistics solutions. This allows SkyUp to extend its reach into markets typically underserved by traditional airline distribution models, creating a more comprehensive cargo ecosystem. <\/p>\n

By combining the global sales infrastructure of ECS Group with the localised strength of Global GSA Group, the partnership aims for immediate revenue acceleration and pricing discipline. <\/p>\n
