WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A teacher who inspired students and helped to open doors to career paths beyond four-year college pursuits has died at the age of 60, Wichita North High School confirmed in a social media post late Sunday night.
Don Stock, described as “a dedicated and devoted automotive teacher” was beloved by many in the Wichita school district community.
“His commitment to education, his passion for his trade, and his positive impact on students will always be remembered,” a message from Wichita North High School read. “…Let us honor his memory by continuing to support each other and by reflecting on the positive influence he had on the lives of students through the years.”
