Park Jung-won, Chairman of Doosan Group, has embarked on on-site management activities. Two months after attending CES, the world’s largest consumer electronics and information technology (IT) exhibition in January, he returned to Las Vegas in the United States to personally assess the global competitiveness of the construction equipment sector, a core business of the group.
According to Doosan on March 8, Chairman Park Jung-won visited ‘CONEXPO 2026,’ North America’s largest construction equipment exhibition, held in Las Vegas from March 3 to 7 (local time).
Visiting the exhibition venue with key executives including Scott Park, Vice Chairman of Doosan Bobcat, Chairman Park toured not only the Doosan Bobcat and Doosan Mottrol booths but also the exhibition halls of global competitors, closely examining the commercialization status of AI (artificial intelligence)-based productivity enhancement technologies and unmanned technologies.
This marks a series of on-site management activities following his visits to CES in January and major domestic business sites in February.
Chairman Park, who declared in his New Year’s message at the beginning of this year, “Let us gather company-wide capabilities to accelerate AX (AI Transformation),” is backing up his words with action by personally attending to business sites.
