Agilysys Inc, an international provider of hospitality software products and services, says its InfoGenesis POS (point-of-sale) system has been installed at Winford Resort & Casino Manila (pictured), in the Philippines.
As a result of the technology’s deployment, diner transactions at 11 venues at the casino resort – a property located at the capital’s San Lazaro Tourism and Business Park – will be linked in real time to the resort’s guest loyalty and reward data, said a Tuesday statement.
The tie to Winford Resort & Casino Manila’s ‘Total Reward System’ will enhance transaction speed and billing accuracy, and allow guests to “earn and redeem rewards effortlessly” across the property, according to Agilysys.
The InfoGenesis POS sytem is also “easy” for staff to navigate, the supplier stated.
Tony Marshall, vice president and managing director for Asia Pacific at Agilysys, was quoted saying: “We are proud that Winford Resort & Casino Manila chose Agilysys InfoGenesis POS to be the backbone” of its “dining and retail transactions.”
He added: “InfoGenesis is designed specifically for complex, high-volume environments like Winford, ensuring exceptional performance even during peak times.”
The statement also cited Arman Reyes, Winford Resort & Casino Manila’s assistant director of IT, as stating: “Agilysys InfoGenesis POS stood out as the ideal choice for Winford Manila because of its flexibility, seamless integration with our systems, and real-time data insights.”
He added: “We wanted to replace our legacy software with a truly modern solution that is intuitive for our team, scalable for our operations, and agile enough to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.”
