Karl Malone hopes to keep four shipping containers at dealership

The Bellevue Planning and Zoning Commission during its meeting on Monday at 5:30 p.m. in Bellevue City Hall will review a design review application from Karl Malone Ford and Powersports that would allow for the placement of four shipping containers at the dealership along state Highway 75 at the northern end of the city. 

Community Development Director Brian Parker said the containers, which are already present on the property, are “presumably” used for storage.

“They were not part of the original site plan,” Parker said. “They would need to be approved to stay there.”
