Penske Automotive Group, Inc., an American car retailer, has completed the acquisition of two Lexus of Orlando and Lexus of Winter Park dealerships in Florida. This is reported in a press release from Penske Automotive.
The deal is aimed at expanding the portfolio of premium luxury cars, strengthening cooperation with the Lexus brand and positions in the Florida market, one of the fastest growing American states.
Penske Automotive expects that the acquisition of dealerships will generate annual revenue of $450 million, increasing the company’s revenue in the Florida market by 50%. Starting in November 2025, the company acquired two Toyota dealerships and four Lexus dealerships, with annual revenue of $2 billion, as well as a Ferrari dealership in Modena (Italy).
Penske Automotive Group, Inc. is a diversified multinational transportation company. PAG owns dealerships in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan and Australia and is one of the largest retailers of Freightliner trucks in North America. PAG also distributes and retails commercial vehicles, diesel and gas engines, power systems and related parts in Australia and New Zealand. The staff consists of 29 thousand people. The headquarters is located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
