Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across automotive, defence and data centre technology domains, the companies said on Wednesday.
The partnership aims to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies spanning automotive systems, defence platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre infrastructure.
While Bharat Forge brings expertise in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, VVDN Technologies contributes capabilities in electronics design, embedded software, system integration and manufacturing services.
Joint Development
The two firms will explore the joint development of next-generation products for automotive applications, defence technologies and AI server platforms. The initiative comes amid rapid advancements in generative AI, autonomous systems and high-performance computing, which are driving demand for sustainable and scalable compute infrastructure.
The companies said the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation, quality and long-term value creation. The proposed partnership is expected to accelerate product development cycles and enhance competitiveness in global markets.
