The small Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity Shop is located adjacent to School Road on land between a dental surgery and the Barclays bank in Drayton.
Planners for South Norfolk Council have extended permission for the containers to remain in place until 2028, saying they continue to provide “a valuable contribution to the facilities available in the village and to the local economy”.

Bosses at the hospice requested for permission to be extended in October last year.
As part of the proposals, they said: “The pop-up retail space gives a fundraising opportunity via charity retail outlet to the Priscilla Bacon Hospice to facilitate and support their future plans for development of new hospice premises.”
The Priscilla Bacon Hospice provides specialist Palliative Care Services, specialist advice and support for any patients with life-limiting illness and those close to them.
While many patients are well supported by their primary care teams, some have more complex needs that require input from our specialist multidisciplinary team.
