The West Central Online Auction is back for another exciting year, and for the first time ever, bidders will have the option to have their items shipped directly to them.
Traditionally, all auction items have been pick-up only. While that option remains available, we’re introducing a convenient shipping option for those who prefer to receive their certificates and vouchers by mail.
Here’s how it works:
Items in this auction are PICK-UP only unless you choose to purchase the SHIPPING option from West Central Online after the auction closes.
Once the auction wraps up, certificates and vouchers can be picked up at the West Central Online office starting Tuesday, February 24th, 2026. For those who opt into shipping, items are expected to be in the mail by Wednesday, February 25th.
On Wednesday, February 18th at 5 p.m., all winning bidders will receive an email from the Auction Team with the opportunity to purchase shipping for a flat fee of $10. This optional add-on allows bidders to skip the office visit and have their winnings sent straight to their mailbox.
