Christian Brothers Automotive off Hog Mountain cuts ribbon

Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) Watkinsville, owned by Matt and Suzanne Cobb, held a ribbon cutting with the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce last Friday.

CBA Watkinsville, located at 1079 Hog Mountain Road, is a long-held dream for the Cobbs.

“After more than 30 years in IT sales leadership, we felt called to build something rooted in faith, service and community,” they said. “Our desire is simple: to love our neighbors well by providing transparent, excellent automotive care in an environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued and respected.”

Sticking to CBA’s roots, the Watkinsville location is a true family operation. The Cobb’s son, Luke, will serve as a technician. Daughters Charis and Reagan will also help run the shop behind the scenes.

“Together, the Cobb family is committed to creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects their values of integrity, compassion and excellence,” stated a press release.

“Matt and his family embody the heart of Christian Brothers Automotive,” said CBA President and CEO Donnie Carr. “Their commitment to faith, family and genuine service aligns with our mission well.”

CBA Watkinsville provides comprehensive automotive care, from simple upkeep and preventative maintenance services to in-depth diagnostics and major repairs.

A press release states that guests will appreciate a nationwide 3-year/36,000-Mile Warranty–whichever occurs last–free round-trip courtesy shuttle rides, and complimentary Wi-Fi and beverages.
